Poached pear, stewed peach and floral aromas (hawthorn, iris) make up a pleasant nose, quite original and intense without being exuberant, before evolving towards more pastry-like notes of brioche. Freshness prevails on the palate, supported by present yet delicate bubbles. The acidity of yellow citrus fruits (citron, bergamot) tightens the mid-palate and leads to a saline, salivating finish. Good intensity, but without aggressiveness. Just what you'd expect from a blanc de blancs.
