Surprisingly biscuity, the nose is fresh with crisp pastry, cheesecake and elegant yellow fruits (mirabelle plum). The palate is sumptuously fresh, toasty, expressive, perfectly balanced with lovely acidity, intense minerality and lemony citrus lines. In magnum, this Reserve offers more freshness, vivacity, fresh citrus and minerality than in bottle.
