Bread crust, freshly-ground coffee, spices (pepper, cinnamon) and roasted apricot: the aromatic evolution asserts itself with its rich, round notes. On the palate, the contrast with the acidity of lemon is striking. Notes of evolution return on the finish, carried by aromas of dried fruit (toasted almond, roasted hazelnut) and dried apricot. An almost saline touch enlivens the finish, which remains beautifully toned.
