The house was founded in 2008 by Virginie Taittinger and her son, Ferdinand Pougatch. They source their champagnes from the best harvesters in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions, as well as from their own grand cru classified vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Long awaited on the lees, the house's champagnes are produced in limited quantities. The range features Pinot Noir, the majority in the blends, from Premier and Grand Crus. The Chardonnay for the Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru comes from Cramant and Mailly, where Chardonnay is said to "pinote". Established in Verzenay in June 2024, the house can now welcome guests at the "Cube", the village's iconic building, or at Château de Challerange in Taissy.
