Still discreet, the nose is already pleasant, with aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, quince and sweet scents of rose and lily of the valley. Under a very fine effervescence, the wine is taut, but lacks neither fullness nor chewiness. Fruity and floral notes follow before a lemony finish that awakens the taste buds. All that's missing is a platter of Belon oysters.

Thierry Massin
Dominique and Thierry Massin, brother and sister, created their champagne brand in 1977. Their respective children, Violaine and Thibault, then joined the domaine. Trained as oenologists and agricultural engineers, they currently vinify 12 ha of vines at Ville-sur-Arce in the Aube region. Heirs and guarantors of ancestral know-how, they manage the estate and attach great importance to respecting their Kimmeridgian terroir. Their commitment to quality is evident in all the cuvées they offer.
