Made from 100% old Pinot Noir vines, the grapes from the 2008 harvest were macerated for three days, giving this wine its deep, deep pink color. The nose is vinous and the palate structured, rich, fresh and lively. On the finish, beautiful chalky bitters. Try with game birds.
