White fruits (peach, pear) held back by a nose of fresh lime surprisingly follow the sunny color. The palate is tight and tangy, with red apple, juicy, salivating fresh fruit (pink grapefruit, blood orange) and ginger adding pep to the exotic finish (green melon, almost ripe mango, passion fruit). A nice, continuous whipped mousse.
