Made from a blend of equal parts chardonnay and pinot noir, this cuvée comes from the Verzenay, Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnazy, Avize, Verzy and Oger grands crus. It's a wine that's already mature, as you can tell from the nose. The palate confirms this impression, with volume, fullness, distinction and aromatic complexity. The minerality brings freshness to the finish. A gourmet champagne to share with a financial vol-au-vent.

Sanger

Founded in 1952 by sixteen winegrowers, Sanger set up in Avize with the ambition of revealing the richness of the Champagne terroir. Today, the company farms 13 hectares spread over 42 crus, covering the entire Champagne appellation, with 70% of the grapes grown in villages classified as Grands Crus. Reserve wines, isolated by cru and vintage, ensure the consistency and complexity of its style. Sanger favors time and precision, with partial ageing in Avize oak barrels, respecting the purity of the fruit.
