Gault&Millau's review
Sanger (pronounced "without war") is the brand name of the Champagne produced since 1952 by students at the Avize viticultural college, now called Avize Viti Campus. The cuvées created with the cellar master come from grapes grown by cooperative winegrowers, all former students of the school.
