Sanger
Sanger (pronounced "without war") is the brand name of the champagne produced since 1952 by students at the Avize viticultural college, now called Avize Viti Campus. The cuvées produced with the cellar master come from grapes grown by cooperative winegrowers, all former students of the school. Today, the brand is based on 13 ha of vines in 42 different crus, 70% of which are in Grand Cru. Most of the grapes are Chardonnay, but Pinots also feature in the blends. For the barrels, Sanger extends its commitment to local roots by using wood from the Avize forest. The house welcomes you with a program of workshops and masterclasses.
