Candied orange, bitter orange peel, gourmet aromas of toast and fresh coffee contribute to a very pleasant, complex and warm nose. Aromas of turmeric, orange blossom and sweet vanilla add a further dimension. The palate is fresh, chiselled by very fine bubbles that give it structure. Sweet notes of yellow and pink citrus. The acidity is perfectly controlled by the dosage, leading the wine to a salivating, slightly saline finish.
