This cuvée is made exclusively from the 2009 harvest. The nose is seductive. Stone fruit macerated in brandy is followed by pastry notes. The brilliant bronze-gold color disinhibits a swarm of bubbles. The palate is assertive, with a sappy, mineral edge. A mealtime Champagne to open with a veal piccata with preserved lemon.
