With its deep salmon color, this cuvée immediately catches the eye. The nose is marked by fresh, crushed red and black fruits (strawberry, raspberry and cherry) with a touch of licorice and wood. The palate is full and greedy, with the same notes as on the nose. It is vinous and long-lasting, with attractive bitterness and freshness on the finish. This Champagne for laying down is ideal with crab cake with black olives or raspberry clafoutis.
