The years have passed and we discover an essentially vinous champagne, with notes of dried fruit, almonds and roasted hazelnuts. Well-balanced on the palate, with a lovely attack followed by a fine evolution. The finish leaves a pleasant impression. Why not serve it with frogs' legs?
