The family business was founded in the charming premier cru village of Ludes in 1930 by Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the house, characterized by the utmost rigor in wine-making, is now represented by the third generation, Laurence, who perpetuates the founding values of tradition, exacting standards and deep roots in the Champagne terroir. Ployez-Jacquemart is certified HVE3 (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
