In keeping with terroir and tradition, this blanc de blancs is a real thrill. Its fresh, gourmet nose opens up with ripe white fruit, to which are added notes of citrus and meadow flowers. The finish is licorice-like. On the palate, this wine is unctuous, delectable and delicious thanks to its well-integrated dosage. Serve as an aperitif or with Limousin veal in blanquette sauce.
