The estate is located in Hautvillers, the birthplace of champagne, where the monk Dom Pérignon lived. The three grape varieties (pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier) are grown on the terroirs of Hauvillers and Cumières. The family has been winemakers for 4 generations. Hervé and his wife Florence now run the estate, supported by their children, Chloé and Pierre-Alexis. A panoramic tasting room lets you discover the cuvées facing the Unesco World Heritage hillsides.
