Creamy and oaky the nose has pure and polished round yellow fruits, with cake spices. The bubbles are energetic with a deliciously creamy textured mousse. Harmonious, the palate is all at once succulent, sweet and salty, sapide and mineral, with gourmet and freshly luscious fruits, and biscuits with bitter notes only starting to show Pinot Noir colours at the very end. A gourmet wine for a long feast.
