The house Philippe Martin has been producing champagnes for over two centuries and nine generations in the Premier Cru classified town of Cumières. Passed on from father to son, the Martins vinify nearly 10 hectares of vineyards spread over 6 areas. Wines are aged in vats or barrels in the cellar, depending on the vintage.
