Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Spanning 4.7 hectares, Philippe and Véronique Glavier’s vineyard is planted exclusively with Chardonnay across several villages classified as Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. He represents the third generation of winemakers, while his wife comes from a long line of winemakers from the village of Monthelon. Since 1995, the couple has been producing a wide range of Blancs de Blancs, to which they have added a few rosé cuvées thanks to the purchase of Pinot Noir grapes from Ambonnay. Pressing and aging are carried out separately in small tanks to maximize the expression of the different soils and highlight the characteristics of each terroir’s cuvées.
