On the nose, the wine develops an elegant, subtle fragrance of white stone fruit and baked apple. Everything is delicate, right down to the deep golden-yellow color. On the palate, the attack is frank and saline, with fresh citrus fruits and a creamy texture. With great finesse, this 2013 will delight the best palates. Enjoy as an aperitif or with turbot in choron sauce.
