A rich, tangy and unctuous blanc de blancs, with lovely citrus aromas on the palate (candied citron). The blend of this cuvée is original, with the 2012 harvest vinified in barrels and the 2013 harvest in vats. After 7 years in the cellar, the wine is ripe and can be enjoyed without dosage. Enjoy with a scallop and citrus nage.
