A lovely light color for this rosé made with 10% Bouzy red wine. On the nose, notes of red fruit (wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, cherry pit) stand out on a bed of fresh citrus. On the palate, the wine preserves its fruity character, allowing it to be opened as an aperitif or with cold red meats such as roast beef, thinly sliced and peppered.

The Bara family, established in Bouzy since 1833, owns a 100% Grand Cru classified vineyard (11 ha in Bouzy, plus 0.5 ha in Verzenay). The vineyards are planted mainly with Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. Their know-how has been handed down from generation to generation, while evolving technically to constantly improve production quality. The vats have been renovated: thermo-regulated and 100% stainless steel. Reserve wines play a major role in the blends. A new tasting room has been inaugurated to welcome customers.
