Paul Bara
The Bara family, established in Bouzy since 1833, owns a 100% Grand Cru classified vineyard (11 ha in Bouzy, plus 0.5 ha in Verzenay). The vineyards are planted mainly with Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. Their know-how has been handed down from generation to generation, while evolving technically to constantly improve production quality. The vats have been renovated: thermo-regulated and 100% stainless steel. Reserve wines play a major role in the blends. A new tasting room has been inaugurated to welcome customers.
