This Clos, which surrounds the family home, was planted in 2006 with the three Champagne grape varieties. Extra-fine bubbles precede a delicate nose. What finesse on the palate! The wood ageing fades away, leaving citrus aromas to assert themselves, while the strength of the Pinot Noir lends structure to this delicate cuvée. Ideal with noble fish, lemon butter sauce.
