A lot of panache for this 100% pinot noir extra brut cuvée, produced in just 3,586 bottles. The olfactory palette ranges from red fruits, yellow peaches and mace to a light biscuity note. The palate is delicious, creamy and greedy. Generous flavors of roasted citrus with a hint of honey. Enjoy with a meal, on a veal loin roasted at low temperature.
