Under a deep golden-yellow color, intense citrus aromas (lime, orange, kumquat) bring a freshness, while the scent of peony and iris adds suavity and delicacy. On aeration, more mature, evolved notes emerge, reminiscent of tobacco, black licorice and fresh button mushroom. The acidity of yellow citrus dominates on the palate, in a round, even spherical body with lovely tannins. A slight bitterness on the finish brings lightness. An elegant, precise champagne.
