On aeration, red fruits take over with their fresh, juicy aromas. These notes are echoed in the wine's slender body, with its intense acidity, but without aggressiveness. Marine freshness is accompanied by a lovely effervescence and a saline finish. A champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood or creamed poultry.
