A grower-producer from the Côte des Blancs, this independent winery located in Avize is the legacy of a long line of winemakers. Sophie, Charles-Henri, and Frédéric—the children of Michel Gonet—are gradually passing the torch to the eighth generation, which is bringing a fresh perspective. Spanning 36 hectares and planted primarily with Chardonnay, the vineyard is cultivated to produce precise wines that beautifully express the terroir. Deeply rooted in its family history, the house places particular importance on producing authentic champagnes that remain true to their origins.
