A lovely light red color for this bleeding of pure Pinot Noir from the 2005 vintage. The nose is perfumed with Morello cherries, wild strawberries and blackberries on opening, before evolving towards citrus fruit. On the palate, the champagne becomes a wine offering a wide range of flavors. The 4 g/l dosage is barely perceptible. Try with pigeon or Italian bruschetta with a few wedges of black fig.
