A very fresh nose for this 2012 vintage vinified in oak barrels. Mirabelle plum, blond sugar, citrus peel and fine oak offer themselves sparingly and elegantly. On the palate, the wine offers structure, but not fatness. Perfectly dry and mineral, it reveals notes of wood without excess. A long finish for this cuvée to be opened at the table, in a contrasting pairing with skate with black butter and hummus.
