This non-dosed brut, composed of a third of each grape variety, spent almost 5 years on its lees. The result is a perfectly balanced wine. The nose expresses finesse, with hints of fruit (pear, mirabelle plum), toast and honey. On the palate, the wine is as full-bodied and fresh as ever. Zero dosage, almost greedy, as the fruit expresses itself with elegance. A very fine champagne.

Maurice Grumier
The Grumier family has been winemakers in Venteuil since 1743. Fabien Grumier represents the fourth generation to vinify the entire production. The soils are grassed and the estate has been HVE (high environmental value) certified since 2014. Wood vinification is becoming increasingly important, with bâtonnage and long maturation in old barrels. The range is broad and complete, with a very fine coteaux-champenois red and a ratafia. The wines are constantly improving.
