A plot of Pinot Meunier barely dosed (with the estate's own liqueur) and vinified in barrels. The palate is still marked by wood, but this does not mask the delicacy of the bubbles, the finesse and ripeness of the harvest, and the aromatic complexity. The whole is endowed with superb freshness, and the terroir here is sublimated by vines over 50 years old with subtle chalky notes. A gastronomic champagne to be forgotten while still in the cellar, or enjoyed with lobster ravioli with saffron.

The 6.5 ha estate is located in Damery. The vines, at least 40 years old, are cultivated with respect for the environment (ploughing, zero chemicals, recycling of effluents, etc.). The specificity of each plot is reflected in the elaboration of each cuvée, harvested at optimal grape maturity, vinified in 600-liter oak barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, bottled and corked.
