On the palate, greediness attests to the optimal ripeness of the harvest, with aromas of candied lemon and citron, and even blood orange. The ageing in oak is dominated by acidity and freshness. A champagne to enjoy as an aperitif with avocado tartar and smoked salmon, or to cellar for a few more years.
