The 6.5 ha estate is located in Damery. The vines, at least 40 years old, are cultivated with respect for the environment (ploughing, zero chemicals, recycling of effluents, etc.). The specificity of each plot is reflected in the elaboration of each cuvée, harvested at optimal grape maturity, vinified in 600-liter oak barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, bottled and corked.
