The Grauves and Bisseuil terroirs produced fine grapes in 2013. This cuvée appears rich, dense and mineral, with good acidity and a slightly bitter finish. However, the 10 g/l dosage seems a little too high. Serve with an exotic dish combining sweet and savory, such as fried shrimp with curry and pineapple.
