Gault&Millau's review
Françoise and Michel Mathieu-Princet created their estate in the 1960s with one hectare of vines. Their estate, which today comprises 8.70 hectares, is located in Grauves, between the Côte des Blancs and the southern slopes of Épernay. The couple, supported by their daughters Sylvie and Véronique, work on vineyards spread over 5 communes of the Champagne appellation, including 2 classified Premier Cru. Their cuvées generally undergo a long ageing on lees of up to 5 years.
