The nose reveals floral aromas of orchid and peony, red fruit, orange zest, roasted notes and spicy notes. The palate is inviting, with a vinous approach and a delicate, suave finish. Suggested as an aperitif or with pigeon à la goutte de sang, canapé de foie épicé.

He sources his grapes from the most prestigious villages: Cramant and Avize for the white grands crus, Bouzy and Ambonnay for the reds. For some years now, the company's head office has been located in the heart of the famous village of Aÿ, classified as a Grand Cru.
