A perfectly non-dosed champagne. Its luminous color reflects an initially restrained nose that reveals notes of honey on aeration. The lively bubbles are chiselled and the mousse is tonic and frothy on a super-fresh palate. Some oak flavors emerge, but more salty, and incredibly fresh with grapefruit and lime. Very long finish.
