This beautiful nose, relatively discreet and fresh, evolves perfectly in the glass with mellow yellow fruit. The chiselled bubbles and vibrant mousse are racy on the fresh palate, with flavors of lemon juice and zest, white fruits on a black fruit background. The finish is saline and woody. Serve with roast veal with chanterelle mushrooms.
