This cuvée expresses the Bouzy terroir, giving pride of place to Pinot Noir (80%) blended with Chardonnay. The nose evokes fresh chanterelle mushrooms, followed by strawberry, praline and verbena. The palate is opulent, intense and vinous, punctuated by delicate, fine bubbles. The finish is fresh, sapid and airy. For gourmet pairings like veal tartar with porcini mushrooms.
