As soon as it approaches the nose, it gives an impression of freshness and brightness. A highly appetizing champagne with notes of beeswax, toasted almond, strawberry and vanilla. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and offer a very gourmet texture, resulting in particular from its time in oak barrels. Its lemony acidity counterbalances perfectly, making this a remarkably salivating cuvée. It's the perfect accompaniment to a dark chocolate dessert.
