Pure, straightforward, fine nose of citrus and yellow fruit essences. On the palate, the wine is cut, straight, almost crystalline. Long, saline and straightforward. A subtle, complex wine to open with refined dishes such as poultry supreme, creamy saffron sauce. The wine is fresher and finer in magnum.
