Fondée en 1812 dans le village de Tours-sur-Marne, la maison a connu ses heures de gloire sous l’impulsion de Bernard de Nonancourt, personnage incontournable dans la région, disparu en 2010. Il fut le fondateur du groupe Laurent-Perrier qui comprend également les champagnes de Castellane, Salon et Delamotte. Olivier Vigneron succède en 2025 en tant que chef de cave à Michel Fauconnet. La maison incarne à la fois la tradition et la modernité : dès 1981, Laurent-Perrier est la première à créer un champagne sans aucun dosage (« Ultra Brut »), et présente actuellement son très réussi blanc de blancs non dosé. La cuvée « Grand Siècle » est une des plus belles de la région.
