Superb. Right from the color, a beautiful gold, it's exceptional. Then on the nose, with its complex notes of toast, mushrooms, After-Eight and white fruits. In the glass, it opens up more and more every second. On the palate, the balance is masterful, with a champagne that's at once gourmand and fine, succulent and so very Champagne-like in its finish. We love this great classic on its own or with turbot Breton.
