The majority Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Noir in the Grands Crus, comes from three vintages. Aged for over 10 years, this wine reveals a magnificent nose of rosewood and sweet spices, with a remarkably fine, creamy and crisp bubble. The balance is impressive, saline, subtle, with juicy, tasty fruit and a hint of oak.

In 1812, Laurent-Perrier enjoyed its heyday under the leadership of Bernard de Nonancourt, who, in 1948, took over the house and turned it into one of Champagne’s leading names. Among other innovations, it was the first to create, as early as 1981, a champagne with no dosage (“Ultra Brut”). Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt, alongside President and CEO Stéphane Dalyac, continue to cultivate this pioneering spirit today, drawing on the house’s unique expertise. Since 2025, Olivier Vigneron has been the new cellar master. He succeeded Michel Fauconnet.
