Peonies after the rain, seaside chalk with its fresh saline edge, before rounder aromas of toast, cereals (galette, puffed rice) and a very light woodiness... this bottle needs to be aerated, even decanted, to express its full potential. On the palate, the remarkably fine bubbles are accompanied by an elegant woody structure enveloped by a creamy body. The finish retains a beautiful bitterness that makes you salivate.
