This 100% Chardonnay from the Cramant terroirs has been aged for 60 months in our cellars. Gradually, the nose reveals both candied citrus and dried fruit. The mouth coats the palate with notes of sweet spices before a pleasant salinity sets in. Enjoy this vintage with a back of cod roasted with dried fruit.

Lancelot-Pienne

The estate is located in Cramant, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where it owns most of its 8.5 ha of Grand Cru vines (Avize, Chouilly and Cramant). Managed by Gilles Lancelot, a friendly and competent man, the family business, whose history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, vinifies its Chardonnays in vats to allow the terroir's minerality to express itself to the full. Julien, representing the fifth generation, joined the family business in 2022. In addition, the brand reduces its dosage in all its cuvées. The wines have excellent ageing potential.
