L & S Cheurlin
Under the influence of their father Richard Cheurlin, Lucie and Sébastien set up in 2006 in the Côte des Bar region with the challenge of clean, sustainable viticulture. With plots on the Ource and Arce hillsides, they immediately experimented with organic viticulture, using essential oils, herbal teas, plant macerations and biodynamic preparations. Their 5 ha estate has been certified organic since the 2014 vintage. The vineyard is planted mainly with pinot noir on Kimmeridgian soil, but also includes a few plots of chardonnay and pinot blanc. The cuvées benefit from the contribution of older vines, planted over forty years ago.
