Muscat aromas open up a bouquet where passion fruit and toasted almond share the aromatics with some sweet spices. On the palate, fine bubbles and fruity roundness contribute to a delicious, elegant texture thanks to a well-integrated dosage, despite its 60 g/l content. The finish is surprisingly invigorating and slightly salty, like caramel. A dessert in itself, unless paired with a sweet-savory dish.

A couple of young winemakers, Faustine and Marc have revived the family's 7-hectare monocru estate in the Champagne traditions of yesteryear. On the estate, which is undergoing organic conversion, a parcel-by-parcel selection is carried out on 1 ha of sand and limestone terroirs. Respect for nature guides the entire process from vine to bottle: the vines are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, and vinification is guided by the lunar calendar. Vinified in numerous small containers, over 70% of which are oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, 30% of which are solera (perpetual reserve wines), the champagnes are lively, elegant and made for gastronomy.
