Very juicy on the nose, like a red apple you'd bite into like Snow White. A bevy of fruity aromas follow, inviting in no particular order pear, vine peach, apricot and Ente plum, with a handful of Napoleon cherries. Delicacy prevails on the palate, with a chiselled texture supported by fine bubbles. Ripe fruit notes are balanced by the dosage.
