With its brilliant salmon-raspberry color, this cuvée expresses itself through an olfactory palette of spicy red fruits. Sarawak pepper, licorice and plum tart continue the fragrance. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and racy, with an uninhibited chewiness. Round tannins confirm successful ageing. The well-integrated dosage of 7 g/l heralds a wine with a steady progress. Serve as an aperitif or with fillet of beef, pommes sarladaises, or a traditional strawberry dish.
