Vivid bubbles on a pure mousse open the tasting. The nose is restrained and concentrated, with white and yellow fruits and hints of gingerbread. On the palate, yellow and white fruits with candied edges, citrus and sweet spices (ginger, cinnamon). The balance is there, right through to the rich, salivating, sapid finish.
